The Five Stages of Growth: A Journey to Full Presence
“A client once said quietly:
“I’ve always thought I was mature… but maybe I’ve only just started.”
Growth often begins where we think it ends. We move through stages I see again and again: Innocence, Exploration, Maturity, Wisdom, and Full Presence.
It’s not a ladder – it’s a tide. Full presence is the accumulation of all stages, where growth becomes offering, responsibility, and care.
Sometimes the deepest growth comes in the pauses, when we’re not chasing anything but simply choosing how to show up.
“Maybe I’ve only just started.”
And maybe we all have.”

Becoming: The Deeper Work of Coaching
“Becoming someone who can trust their own voice.
Make braver choices.
Let go of what no longer fits – and grow into something truer.
Because when the internal voices quiet… coalesce… align – you don’t just perform better.
You become who you’re truly capable of being.”

Giving Voice to Good People: A reflection
“Yesterday, I shared a short video introducing a model that’s emerged through years of coaching good people leading great things.
In the video, I spoke about something I see time and again in my work with leaders across sectors: the profound importance of voice.
Not just speaking. Not just messaging.
But the deeper, more human journey of finding your own voice, sharing it with integrity, and making space for others to find theirs.”
